Jack Minker's Human Rights - Papers

1    Introduction

Since 1972 I have been active in the cause of working to gain freedom for scientists whose human rights had been violated. During this time I have written many papers and given many lectures on human rights. I am collecting those papers and lectures that I have saved and placing them on this web page. I am currently engaged in writing my memoirs on my experiences. The papers/lectures that appear here to make this material accessible both to me and scholars interested in this subject, and to those who read my memoirs and wish to read the text of papers/lectures cited in the memoirs.

The papers are to be stored in the Minker Collection, IN the Archives of the University of Maryland R. Lee Hornbake Library, College Park, Maryland and made available to scholars.
